Quandoo stopped diner bookings on 1 October 2026 and goes offline on 31 December 2026. Until then you can export your data – according to reports, Quandoo offers no migration service. We help you switch.

Export bookings and the guest list as CSV from your Quandoo account – ideally now, not in December.

Replace booking links
Replace the Quandoo widget on your website and the link in your Google Business Profile with your new booking link.
Secure open bookings
Transfer confirmed bookings after 31 December completely – with party size, time and notes.

Until when must I export my data from Quandoo?
According to reports, export is possible until the shutdown on 31 December 2026. Do not wait until the last day – export now and check the file.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The import preview reads the CSV file only in your browser. Nothing is sent to Wirtivo or anyone else.
Which columns does the preview recognise?
Date, time, party size, first and last name, e-mail, phone, status, comment and newsletter consent – German or English headers, separated by semicolon or comma.
